If you would like to make a return, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

Returns
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee items returned without tracking.
Once your return is received, you will be notified by email and advised whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@ecofriendlyessentials.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue promptly. A replacement or full refund will be issued where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
