Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch within up to 3 business days.
All orders are shipped via UPS or Purolator using tracked services. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are entered correctly, as we are unable to take responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Information
Delivery timeframes above include both processing and transit time. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, customs processing (for U.S. orders), or carrier delays.
If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we do not ship to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, or Alaska.
Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
